This set was based on a lot of observation and conflicting characters that were animated in different ways and designs. The Grand Admiral rank was not included since I could find little to no evidence that would suggest it is more of a "Title" rather than a rank. The one main difference seems to be a Grand Admiral wears a cape and carries around a special sceptre.
The Green set is definitely non-canon and was added to the collection as an alternative to the canon blue and grey set.
