The Naval and Marine General Ranks are essentially the same images. They can be found in the Naval Folder.
There are two versions of each "General" rank. Based off observations seen on B5 episodes, it is reasonably safe to say that both versions are correct and would be up to the user to decide which ones they perfer to wear.
Flag Officer Ranks
O-11 = Commander-in-Chief
