Given the apparent lack of evidence that a Klingon's rank is displayed anywhere on their uniform, this is strictly a non-canon entry. No attempt has been made to organize and/or structure this set, leaving it entirely to the user to decide how they wish to set this up.
In addition to nearly all the original pip designs being used, a number of 'characters' were also made into pips, allowing the user more options with their rankset.
